UP FOR AUCTION IS A SAUCER BY SYRACUSE CHINA IN THE 'FAIRFAX' PATTERN, OLD IVORY.  IT IS AN IVORY COLOR WITH A SLIM BAND AROUND THE EDGE AND A WIDER BAND TO THE INSIDE.  THE SAUCER IS IN GREAT CONDITION WITH NO CHIPS, CRACKS NOR EVIDENCE OF REPAIR.  THE WIDE GOLD BAND HAS A FEW MINOR SCRATCHES AND MAY HAVE BEEN USED BUT IT DOES NOT DETRACT FROM THIS BEAUTIFUL ITEM.
