BECKMAN WHITE CERAMIC DIL MIL-SPEC. IC's TYPE 5396 (6off)

These rare and special devices came to light on de-commissioning a now redundant rf/electronics laboratory.  They are 'never used' old stock, military spec. units but virtually new and are offered 'as is' i.e. untested but genuinely believed to be in good working order. We understand them to be memory chips.  The following data appears on the devices: 1899-258-0; 1447-5396, or  1899-259-0; 1448-2319.  The DIL package is ceramic.  Can anyone make good use of a half dozen of them?   N.b.  The picture is indicative only i.e. not the actual devices you will receive which will be of exactly the same type and quality.
