Cookie Cutter Care Information
All tin cookie cutters are hand molded from tinplate, the industry standard of quality for years. Tinplate consists of thin sheets of steel, for everlasting durability, coated with tin on each side. Tin cookie cutters will not rust unless deeply scratched to the steel core or unless exposed to moisture. To ensure a lifetime of use, simply wash your cutters with warm, soapy water and dry promptly and thoroughly. For added protection, you may choose to enhance the drying process by placing your cutters in a slightly warmed oven, turned off, for 2-3 minutes. Also, you may take a hair-dryer on warm or hot setting and dry your cutters to ensure there is no trapped moisture. Store your cutters in a cool and dry place.
ShippingAll items will ship via USPS unless you receive an email from us stating differently. Items will ship promptly upon receipt of a cleared payment. We take pride in being prompt shippers and customers always receive their items quickly. We ship all items in proper packaging for the type of item(s) ordered so that damage or tampering of your items can not occur. All shipping rates are located in the eBay designated areas for shipping costs at the top and bottom of each listing. Please note that our shipping rates are non-negotiable. International Shipping:International orders will be shipped via USPS Global services. Canadian shipping is less expensive. Please see the designated shipping area at the bottom of each auction for exact rates for your country. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with the customs regulatory agency in your country to determine what these additional charges will be prior to purchasing. Combined Item Shipping:Discounts are available for items that can be combined for shipping. To qualify for combined item shipping rates, all items must be paid for together with one single payment and must end within 72 hours of first purchase. Please note that all cutters are shipped in a corrugated box to ensure that the shape and design of your item is not compromised during transit to you. Please use caution if purchasing from a seller or company who does not state that they ship using the same.

PaymentAll payments are due within 5 days of auction end. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover Credit Cards accepted via Paypal. e-Check processing available also via Paypal. Refunds & ReturnsWe stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will refund the cost of the item if shipped back to us within 7 calendar days of your receipt of the item. Only the cost of the item is refunded; we do not refund associated shipping charges originally paid. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If an item received free shipping, the cost we incurred to originally ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization form and number by email prior to returning an item. You must sign and include your RMA form in all returns. All items will be inspected by a product specialist prior to issuing a refund and must be in their original condition.Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed and credited to your account. There will be a 15% restocking fee or .75 cents, whichever is greater, for returned items to cover our fees associated with the original listing of the item. Should an item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt of merchandise and we will gladly address any issues to your satisfaction. If a replacement for a damaged item is available, a replacement will be issued. If a replacement item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued. Please email us if you receive a damaged or defective item. Upon receipt of the damaged goods back to our company, a product specialist will inspect the merchandise and promptly ship a replacement. Should an item be returned as damaged and a product specialist determines otherwise, you will be notified of the conclusion and the original merchandise will be returned to you.
