Do you ship outside USA? No, our operations are confined to domestic (USA) sales only therefore we cannot export to Canada, Mexico, UK, Nigeria or any other non USA country regardless if buyers are willing to shoulder shipping.

I am from another country but have a shipping address in the USA can I buy? No, we have automatic filters set up with eBay all non USA buyers will be filtered. Simply have whoever it is in the USA buy the item for you using their eBay account.

I want the order shipped to another address other than the Paypal confirmed address in my order is this possible? No, in compliance with eBay and Paypal security memos all orders must be shipped to the Paypal confirmed address of the order.

Do you allow local pickup? No, we operate with a network of suppliers from various states all over the USA. All orders are to be shipped.

What forms of payment do we accept?  We only accept  payments through Paypal. You can use your credit/debit card, bank account with Paypal. We do not have any facilities to charge cards directly do not email us your card info.

Can I track my order online? Most orders can be tracked online since UPS automatically sends out tracking numbers as the package is shipped but regrettably some cannot be tracked. Please add quantumviewnotify@ups.com in your safe senders list. Orders valued more than $100.00 are shipped with signature required.

When can I expect delivery? Please allow up to 10 “business” days for delivery. However, depending on the buyer's location, most of the items are delivered within 5 business days.

Buyers are advised to check items upon arrival for possible damages sustained in transit. Prior to receipt of item with visible signs of damage buyer should inform carrier and refuse delivery. Seller should be advised and a claim will be filed. For items already in buyer’s possession with damages sustained in transit, buyer will have to file claim with carrier. Buyers must advise seller of item defect within 7 days after receipt of item stating specific defect observed. UPS return label will be provided and item will be replaced upon evaluation of defect stated by buyer. If defect is found in item after 7 days , buyer, on his account ,sends the defective item to seller at his account either for repair or replacement if an item is available.
