If a disk is defective, I will, by all means, glady refund the purchase price plus shipping charges. If, however, a disk is returned because it will not play, I will confirm or deny that fact and if it does in fact play the buyer will NOT receive a refund, or any shipping due. If a disk must be returned to me by mail, it must be shipped first class USPS. If a premium service is selected, the buyer will be refunded only the USPS first class shipping cost. |
