Sales Tax
Sales Tax of 8.25% is charged to California residents. If you are

Shipping
All items are shipped via UPS (we do not ship with USPS, Fed Ex
or DHL). Buyer pays all shipping costs based on carrier rate, plus
a handling fee, this includes insurance for the winning bid amount.
Domestic locations outside the continental US, (AK, HI and PR) will
be shipped via UPS 2nd-Day Air. Please use our Shipping

International Shipping
Buyer's located outside the USA may use our Shipping
Calculator for a shipping estimate. Please understand that shipping
international with UPS is expensive. Please use our Shipping
Calculator for a shipping estimate before bidding. Our handling
fee is included in the shipping calculator.
Pickup
A $25.00 handling fee will of apply
to all customer pickups. The item can be picked up
from our Brisbane warehouse with loading dock (zip code 94005).
Items left over 30 days, will be considered abandoned, they will
be restocked and no refund will be issued.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee all items to arrive as described. If dissatisfied, buyers
have 3 days after receiving the item to contact us. If we do not hear
from the buyer within 3 days, no returns will be allowed. I do not offer refunds, exchanges, return on any items advertised as “AS-IS”. Those items are sold exactly as described in auction and will be stated as such in the item descriptions.
Warranty Information
We do not offer warranties, unless stated in the auction description.
Some items are covered by the manufacturer, please check with
their web sites. We have no information regarding these warranties.
Return Policy
A refund will be provided for any item whose auction description
was inaccurate and the buyer has made contact within 3 days of receiving
the product. Please allow up to five business days for a refund
to be processed. However, if we find a returned item does meet with
our description, we will refund the payment minus shipping, fees
and a 20% handling charge. Shipping and handling fee's will not
be refunded for international orders under any circumstance.
If we find the item returned is not the item sent (different serial
number or other identifying mark), we will consider that a fraud
attempt and no refund will be issued.
Non-Paying Bidder’s:
If we do not receive the full amount (auction, shipping, and taxes),
we reserve the right to leave negative feedback and will contact
eBay to inform them of your non-paying bidding status. We will refund
75% of any partial payments made if not all funds are delivered.
Canceled Sales
Sales canceled after the auction has ended, are subject to a restocking
