We expect contact within 3 days of auction end. If we don't hear from you, we will contact you as well. We do consider payment via paypal as contact. If we do not receive payment or some form of contact within 5 days, you risk being reported as a non-paying bidder. WE DO NOT make these reports lightly, so if you have any problem, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are going to be unavailable at auction end to make contact, please advise prior to bidding and we will work with you to meet your needs. We do expect payment within 7 days. If you need special arrangements, please make your request prior to bidding.

SHIPPING

We do not charge a large shipping & handling charge, so please don't ask to reduce it for only one item. WE DO GIVE MULTIPLE PURCHASE DISCOUNTS. Of course the discounts depend on what items are purchased and that is determined after all purchases are made. If you are a winning bidder and we send you an invoice, just let us know you are still shopping and when you are through so we can send an adjusted invoice for shipping discounts.  We will ship the most economical and convenient method for us. Usually it is USPS. We have found with the rising prices of gasoline, USPS is actually becoming cheaper for the larger items as well. However,  we do take the item into consideration before choosing a shipper. IF you would like a specific shipper, please request prior to bidding. If you make your  request after the auction ends, you may find it is not possible to use your shipper (some are not available in our area). If you request a specific shipper, the costs for shipping may be higher than the auction listing.

We can make arrangements to ship international, however, the charges will be higher and arrangements must be made PRIOR to bidding. The shipping charges will also be higher.

INSURANCE

Even if it is not listed in our auction, we do provide insurance upon your request.  Please make sure y our item is properly insured. We do not cover losses or damage to items once they have been shipped.  UPS provides the first $100 in insurance coverage, however USPS insurance must be purchased separately.  If you purchased insurance, we will be happy to assist with the claims processing (Some sellers don't).

Due to rising costs of gasoline, we will be shipping all items out between 1-7 days after payment has been made. We are doing this in an attempt to keep shipping and handling costs to a minimum and will ship weekly sales at one time. If you are in need of your item sooner, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Due to some recent unreasonable people who expect I can control the USPS, you MUST agree to this and agree NOT to become upset and hold shipping time against me when delayed by the USPS...also you must agree that if I mail within the 7 day period, I am NOT being negligent and failing to ship in a timely manner. I live in a very rural area and for me to make daily trips to the post office would increase shipping charges drastically. In most cases, shipping is done within a day or two, but it can and does happen that it takes 7 days before the item ships. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS!
