BEST Antique DUVELLEROY London OSTRICH FEATHER Hand FAN

Here we are offering a magnificent, huge 19th Century ostrich feather hand fan with original box.  The fan, when closed, is a full 19" long from feather tip to the end of the handle, and when the fan is opened, it has a massive 30" span.  The handle has a gold-plated suspension ring with a beautiful 19th Century brass wire bullion tassel.  I see no damage to the celluloid supports and the feathers are quite good overall.  Manufactured by the well-known finest quality firm J. Duvelleroy, of 167 Regent Street, London.  The box is structurally good but it appears that a piece of decorative paper is missing from the top.  Displays very well open.
