This amazing pillow cover is in amazing condition. I bought it to sell a while back but couldn't part with it right away. It is so pristine and absolutely wonderful. It features huge pink silk embroidery roses and wonderful sage green silk embroidered leaves on a light tan linen background. The embroidery is very skillfully executed. The back is a sage green linen type material and the entire circumference is surrounded by a braided green and gold trim that culmenates in a tassel. Measures approximately 20 1/2 inches square. The back has an open pocket where the pillow insert (not included) is inserted. This pillow cover is in WONDERFUL condition considering its circa 1920's origin and would be an excellent, useable accent to your romantic cottage home. The only issues if you will are a little bit of differing color on the back material and one slight almost unnoticeable mark on the front near the trim at the bottom left (this is being VERY picky). It is really a lovely piece. Be sure to look at all of the pictures and ask questions early if you have them.
