We tested this item as follows: We plugged the unit in and powered it on. After powering on, it displayed the message shown in the pictures on the screen. After about 30 seconds it automatically shut off. This item is being sold without any guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied.
If my own mother was bidding on this item, I would want her to know that: This calibrator will need some service, but has a power adapter and a carrying case, which are good accessories to have. This item is being sold without any guarantee, expressed or implied.
This item will be carefully packaged for safe shipment.
The photos are of the actual item and all the components for sale.
Unless stated otherwise, power cords, adapters, and/or other cables are not included.
The Shipping weight of this item is 7 pounds.
Store & Payment Policies:
Payment is due within 7 days of the auction close. We prefer PayPal, but also accept Money Orders, Personal Checks(subject to a 7 day hold), and Cashier's Checks. We may reject or charge a handling fee on other forms of payment. California residents pay 7.75 % Sales Tax.
By bidding buyer accepts ALL terms and policies listed in this auction. The Online Consignment Depot is not the owner or seller of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller to facilitate the sale of the goods by holding the goods until such time as a sale is completed and the goods are shipped to the buyer. Buyers who fail to pay within 7 days of auction close may be assessed a late payment fee. After 7 days have elapsed OC Depot may choose to assess a restocking fee AND re-offer the item for sale.
Buyer will leave positive feedback if OC Depot honors all terms in this contract. Minor errors or omissions do not invalidate the stated purchase terms. In the rare case of a major or gross mistake as determined by an OC Depot representative, we will typically go beyond the stated purchase terms. Buyer agrees not to leave negative feedback until they have contacted us in writing and provided us with an opportunity to resolve any issues. Buyer agrees that if we honor all the terms in this contract they will not leave neutral or negative feedback. If buyer disagrees with any of the terms stated herein they will not bid.
Domestic Shipping Policy:Our automated and streamlined shipping practices provide for a fast and risk-free transaction where most items ship within 24 hours of receiving confirmed payment! The buyer pays one shipping charge which covers postage, packaging, handling, delivery confirmation, and tracking. Insurance may be extra for some items. Buyers can not arrange their own shipping. Local pickups are available for a $10 handling fee.
Items of 1 pound or less typically ship by USPS Priority mail, while heavier items typically ship by UPS Ground. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier and because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes the buyer must provide a physical shipping address. Our system automatically uses the shipping address indicated by Ebay/PayPal and ignores the Notes section.
We use experience-proven shipping materials and packaging techniques. Products may be disassembled prior to shipping as appropriate to ensure their safety and minimize shipping costs. Problems are rare however if an item is damaged on arrival, buyer agrees to notify us within 3 days with a contact phone number, and make the item and the original packaging available for inspection for another 10 days. We will notify our shipping carrier who will then have an opportunity to assess the nature of the damage. After our shipping carrier has made their determination we will then effect a timely resolution.
In the rare event that actual shipping charges are more than the amount quoted in the auction, buyer will be presented with the option of canceling the purchase or paying the actual shipping cost (Packaging and handling fees are waived).
International Shipping Policy:
At the bottom of this auction page under "Shipping, payment details and return policy" you will be able to see or calculate the shipping cost for your country. This single shipping charge covers postage (typically via Airmail), packaging, handling, customs forms, and our trip to the post office.
Because International shipping issues are outside of our control the buyer agrees that we have completely fulfilled our obligations once we ship your item and obtain a customs receipt. To be clear, having the item shipped across International borders invalidates any otherwise stated guarantee or warranty.
In the rare event that actual shipping charges are more than the amount paid, Buyer will be presented with the option of canceling the purchase or paying the correct shipping and handling costs.
