The bag is made of tough, black, water resistant Rip Stop Nylon with PVC underside coating and features 3M scotchlite trim and a rear loop for a light. Features a Hi-Vis Yellow area around the top and on the rear pocket, as seen in the picture. The dimensions are 13" x 6.5" x 8.5". Attaches with 4 velcro straps that wrap around the rack frame. Great for bike touring or just everyday use. This bag can stand a heavy rain and will keep the interior completely dry.
