Big Bear is nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains and is defined by its rustic traditions, rich history, and pastine views. For almost one hundred years, Big Bear has been the primary mountain resort in Southern California. The fresh mountain air and four-season climate is unmatched in southern California.

The lot for auction was purchased at the San  Bernardino County auction earlier this year. I have not seed the lot and all I know about it I am including in this listing. The lot is located on Avenue J, which is located off of Erwin Ranch Road between 1st Street and 2nd Street, in the Village of Big Bear City. The lot is 25 feet by 100 feet and  is zoned single family. There are no association dues, and no time frame in which you have to build. Taxes are approximately $20.00 per year and are paid current.
