| We only list items that are in stock and in our possession, never from an overseas supplier. Our merchandise ships from a U.S. address, and the parcel is processed as soon as you pay. Your package will ship immediately as soon as your order is processed, tested and packed. Occasionally we may temporarily run out of stock causing a brief delay in processing. If you need a package before a certain deadline, please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate you. We will gladly ship to an APO for at no additional cost. International PRIORITY shipping is included in the global rate, please see the rate calculator for International Shipping. International packages are marked as "gifts" with a nominal value of $15 to help clear through customs smoothly. We do not provide insurance with the shipping, but it is available upon request. Fees will vary. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Tracking information will be provided via email (to the email address associated to your Paypal account) as soon as the shipping label is printed. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of receipt as confirmed by tracking- NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must arrange to ship the item back to us within 7 days of original receipt for a refund on the purchase price. The items must be received in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Each purchase comes with a limited 1 year warranty that covers manufacturer defects and malfunction under normal conditions. Returns for refund must be received in unused condition with all packaging included.
