This auction is for the pictured lot of 4 used Bill Dance Eels. This lot includes a longer one which measures 6 ¼” and the others which measure 5 ¼” in length.  These are used pieces but only the biggest one has rusting to the hook and line pull hardware.

The smaller lures include a lighter one and two darker tan versions.  The biggest lure has a purple spot on top of its head and a darker orange body color. 

Each lure has a plastic diving lip molded into the front of the heads which is the location of the line pull. 

These lures are all used and sport some discoloration to the bodies and other use related dings. Yet, they all appear usable for fishing.

Shipping, Payment and Return information is provided below.  By bidding on this auction or selecting buy it now you acknowledge that you have both read and agree to the terms as listed.

Shipping – is by USPS. I use the shipping calculator on all listings so please consult it for the exact cost of shipping this item to your address related zip code. If it isn’t working properly please email me to confirm the shipping costs.  Shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays. 

Payment – is expected within 7 days.  If you have any difficulty making payment please contact me.

Sales Tax - Sales tax is charged for those residing in the state of FL.  This is 6%. As a business owner I have no choice but to remit this amount to the generous folks at the capital. Thanks for understanding.

 Damage Claims: 

 Insured items damaged in shipping: Please contact the seller immediately if your insured item arrives damaged.  I can now file my insurance claims online to expedite the process, but you must take the item to the post office associated with your zipcode with all of its packaging materials. The post office will then retain both the packaging and the purchase while processing the claim.  You will be refunded after the insurance forms are filed and signed by you. 

*Notification to the seller for Uninsured damaged items must be made within 2 days of receipt and the uninsured damaged items are to be returned to the seller.  Your refund will be given in the manner you paid once the item is received and processed.  Failure to return the item will mean that you don’t desire a refund.

Returns – returns for items for reasons other than damage in shipping (ie: items that do not meet your expectations) will be on the following terms:

 You must return the complete auction item at your expense within the 7 business days following your receipt of the item.

I do not offer partial refunds as this messes with my bookkeepers mind too much.  So ‘a returned item’ is a must for a refund.  

Upon receipt and inspection by seller; your refund will be processed.

  Your refund will be returned to you in the manner that you paid.
