We ship items within 3 business days ( M-F) after payment is received.
We pack all items securely and with great care.
We use Fedex® to ship items.
We don't ship to Hawaii or International.
We are not responsible for any damages that occur during or after shipping.
If an item is damaged in shipping; please contact us so we can immediately begin the claim process. We will submit all necessary documentation immediately upon hearing that the item was damaged. The claim process with all shipping carriers can take on occassion 2 - 3 weeks to receive refund. Shipping carriers requires damaged item to be left in the original box and accompanied with all original inner bubble wrap, peanuts, double box, etc. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
