NO EXPORT:
We are authorized resellers of both DirecTV and Dish Network.  Current written agreements we have with both those content providers and some other manufacturers prohibit export.  All items are offered for sale ONLY TO US RESIDENTS and to those residents of Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other US territories.

Warranty:
Items we sell here on eBay are NEW (unless stated otherwise in the item description) and include a 7 Day Warranty from the date of receipt.  USED items are "Sold As Is" (without warranty) and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Return Authorization is required for the return of any item under the 7 Day Warranty.  Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the bidder. Please verify your order immediately upon receipt for accuracy. If we are unable to repair or supply a replacement, the final bid price of the item will be refunded. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Shipping:
All items sold here on eBay are sold "Where Is". Shipping and handling expenses are the sole responsibility of the bidder unless stated otherwise in the description. Local pickup is not available.  We primarily ship United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) but, on occasion, we're forced to use truck-line freight for heavy or oversized items.

Over-Payment of Shipping Charges:
We make every possible attempt to combine multiple orders into a single package in order to reduce labor, packing materials and shipping cost.  We do NOT profit from shipping charges!  Overpayment of shipping charges will be refunded back into your PayPal account.  Unfortunately, the eBay shipping calculator is never accurate and we're not always perfect - so, if you're making multiple purchases - send us a "heads up! email" just to keep us honest.

Under-Payment of Shipping Charges:
The ground shipping charge quoted on this page is for delivery to recipients residing in the 48 Continental United States.  Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and other US Territories are greater.  We will figure exact shipping charges to your location and send you a PayPal invoice for the difference.  The invoice must be paid before we ship.

Sales Tax:
Items shipped to recipients within the state of North Carolina are subject to 7% State Sales Tax.  In-state buyers who wish to purchase for resale must submit a copy of their valid North Carolina state resale certificate within 7 days of purchase - sales tax will be refunded back into your PayPal account after we receive proof of eligibility - no exceptions!
