You are looking at Birth of a Notion, staring Bug and the gang.  This is a very rare cel and very very hard to find.  It is a hand painted and inked limited edition.  The edition of this cel is only 500 cels world wide.  The number of this cel is 382/500.  It is hand signed by Chuck Jones.   THE FRAME IS STARTING TO SEPARATE AT ONE CONNER.
