----------------- BitMo™ 10-uator™ 30 Watt Plate---------------- Add-on speaker attenuator kit (parts and instructions) for Fender Princton, Deluxe, Marshall 18 watt, etc. Includes instructions for 8 or 16 ohm configuration - can also be used with 4 ohm amps. This upgraded 30 watt external PLATE version can be used with most mid-wattage amps. This attenuator gives you control of the speaker volume so you can get great cranked tone from your amp at smaller gig, studio or bedroom levels. The voicing circuit prevents tone sucking! It also includes a variable level, speaker-voiced line output so you can plug directly into a mixer for recording or live performance. Better yet, you can use the whole amp as a pre-amp into a another guitar amp. The kit is easy to build and comes with instructions and all required parts including a labeled faceplate. It requires no wiring modification to the amp. You will need an extra speaker cable (see below). If no speaker is plugged into the output jack, a power soak resistor is switched into the circuit. The BitMo 10-uator is rated at 30 watts. The kit contains parts and instruction to allow configuration for 8 or 16 ohm speakers. This version is also recommended if you are gigging with a hot-rodded Valve Junior or Blackheart. This is the Plate version that can be mounted on the back of your amp head or speaker cabinet. Tools you will need – screwdriver, soldering iron, solder, small eyeglass screwdriver, wire stripper, needle nosed pliers, drill and 3/8" bit. Also check out the special 12" speaker cables listed and sold seperately. You need one speaker cable from the amp to the 10-uator and one from the 10-uator to the speaker. Note: The 30 watt plate/label is actually larger (4" x 6") and black (updated pictures soon).
