We have found this incredible new brand of quality telescopes and are now making them available for sale directly to the public with a special arrangement with the factory. The TwinStar family of optical instruments is made by one of the largest "private label" optical component fabricators in the world. In fact, this telescope was manufactured in the very same factory that makes optical products for Bushne , Tasc , Knus and many other name brands. While this is nearly the same instrument you may see in a catalogue for hundreds of dollars more, by developing the TwinStar brand, the factory is able to sell the same product to us for much, much less. This telescope is brand new and has never been removed from the original factory packaging.
- Giant 8" Mirror: With a large 206mm (8 inch) primary mirror and a 1000mm focal length, this reflector telescope rates at an awesome f/4.8. That means this reflector telescope is ideal for backyard astronomy and is a great introductory telescope if you are serious about learning all about astronomy. With that kind of light gathering power you will be able to observe deep space objects like nebulae, star clusters and galaxies, all while enjoying jaw-dropping views of the Moon, Jupter's Red Spot, and the Rings of Saturn.

Other telescope sellers have a simple policy -- no warranty and "buyer beware." We don't work that way. We carry a complete line of replacement parts for these telescopes and we stock them in our own warehouse. If your telescope is defective, we will send you a new part, or repair any broken ones, or send you a new telescope. Be warned, UPS and FedEx will deny nearly all claims of damage to optical instruments. But with us, there is no hassle. If your telescope is damaged in shipment, we will take care of any claims with the carrier, it is not your problem, it's ours. Your replacement parts will ship right away, regardless of what the carrier allows for damage, you won't have to wade through the lengthy insurance claims process. That's our promise. Please notify us within 30 days after you receive the telescope to tell us about any damaged, defective or non-working parts and we will take care of it for you. We do not accept returns of telescopes that are in working condition.
