NORTHERN ELECTRIC COMPANY LIMITED MADE IN CANADA. UNCERTAIN, BUT I'M GUESSING CIRCA 1930 TO 1940. I CONVERTED THIS ROTARY DIAL TO WORK IN TODAY'S HOMES WITH A MODULAR CORD. IT ACTUALLY WORKS JUST FINE. HAS A PIECE CHIPPED OFF ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT FRONT. THERE ARE SEVERAL SCRATCHES AND BLEMISHES THROUGHOUT,
