• To pay with a credit or debit card, please use the link directly below. The billing and shipping address must match and be located in the U.S., or the card will be declined.

• We offer combined shipping at a discount on most items.  Before making payment for multiple purchases, please let us know that you have finished shopping and request an invoice so that we can apply the appropriate discount.  In all cases, you must make a single payment for the discounts to apply.

Domestic Shipping Options

• UPS Ground (estimated delivery time is 1-6 business days) or UPS 3-Day Select (guaranteed delivery by the 3rd business day) is available to buyers with a street address in the lower 48 United States.  Both options include insurance up to $100 and a tracking number.

• USPS Priority Mail (estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days) is the only option available for shipments to a PO Box, APO/FPO, AK, HI, VI, PR, or other US Territory address.  We pay to insure packages sent via USPS Priority Mail and to provide buyers with a delivery confirmation number.

International Shipping Options

• USPS Express Mail International is available to most international buyers; however, Canadian buyers may also choose UPS Standard.  Both options include $100 worth of insurance and a tracking number.  UPS charges a customs broker fee which is added to any taxes or duty that your government levies.  UPS will notify you of the amount due prior to delivery and will not relinquish the package until the fees are paid.  These are fees that UPS and your government charges, not us!  USPS Express Mail International is more expensive up front than UPS, but the only additional fees you will have to pay are the taxes or duty that your government levies.  When the package clears customs and arrives at your local post office, they will contact you to make arrangements for you to pick it up.

• International buyers are responsible for paying any UPS broker fees, taxes, or duties associated with the delivery of their purchase.

• Customs forms require a telephone number and will be marked as merchandise.  We will not falsify customs documents!

• We do not ship to the following countries:  Belarus, Benin, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cypress, Egypt, Ghana, Indonesia, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Ukraine, Yugoslavia.

• Unless otherwise stated, items ship within 5 business days after receipt of cleared payment; however, we typically ship sooner. Items paid by personal check will be held for 10 business days to allow time for the check to clear.

• To ensure fairness to all buyers, our policy is to ship in the order that we receive payment.  Choosing UPS 3-Day Select or USPS Priority Mail shipping will not move an order ahead of others that were paid before it, but those options will allow the package to arrive more quickly once it leaves our facility. 

• On the day that your item is shipped, you will receive email with a tracking number from us and the shipping company.  If you do not receive these messages, it is probably for one of two reasons:  (1) the email address you have on eBay has been changed, or (2) your Yahoo, Hotmail, or AOL spam filter has prevented the message from reaching your inbox.

• Pick up is available by appointment at our warehouse in Fullerton, California.  Please see our ME page for business hours and driving directions.

• Questions about or problems with an order can be handled more quickly by phone than by email, so please take advantage of our toll free number!  We urge you to ask any and all questions prior to placing a bid, making a purchase, or leaving negative feedback.  Our phone numbers, 1-888-4SHISHA (available to callers in the US) and 1-714-525-9300, are listed in all of our correspondence, auctions, in our store, and on our ME page for easy reference.  You will find that we are happy to answer your questions and resolve any problems when given the opportunity.
