After winning the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, and e-check(e-check will be held up to 7 business days before shipping).

We accept credit card payment for US orders only. We do not accept non-US issued credit cards.

Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment.  

Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions. We start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed with payment.

The shipping and handling costs will be clearly noted on the auction item page.

For multiple purchases, our checkout system will determine the S&H based on shipping profiles shown in each auction whichever is higher. For your convenience, all additional shipping discounts will be applied automatically.

Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

We stand behind every product we sell.  If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase via parcel post (USPS).

For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all the accessories.
