Please use the shipping calculator that is immediately above this paragraph. Multiple item's can be combined into one shipment. The shipping price is based on item weight and delivery location. When several items are combined, the overall shipping will be less. Items must be within 14 days apart and paid after the last item ends.

We use USPS for shipping. We find it to be quicker and less expensive than other carriers. USPS uses delivery confirmation instead of tracking. According to USPS.com Delivery Confirmation "only provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once the article has been delivered and scanned at the Post Office of addressee - it does not provide for any tracking through the mail stream."

We accept PayPal and money orders. Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction.

The ONLY way that your order can be completed is by clicking the "Pay Now" button at the top of the page or by following the link in the email you will receive after the auction has been ended. Ebay will direct to you Channel Advisor for checkout. Channel Advisor is an eBay certified partner that allows us to process the large volume of orders that we have. If you do not go all the way through checkout then your order WILL NOT be completed and shipped. DO NOT open a seperate window and try to pay through that.

Pay Now: Click the Pay Now button at the top of the listing to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process.  Select Pay Now ONLY after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase. DO NOT click pay now until all the auctions you are bidding on have ended.

Pay Later: If you do not choose to Checkout Now, we will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and SECURE checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have 14 days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated under one invoice!

Returns: If you do not like what you purchased, we will accept a return for a refund of the auction price, minus a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee only applies to items purchase on eBay, not from our website. We will only accept a return if the item is unused and still has all of the original tags, manuals and retail packaging. If there was an error in the listing we will refund the entire purchase price including return shipping. All you need to do is return the item and include a note with your name, contact info, ebay auction ID and reason for return. We will process the return as soon as possible and send a refund or correct the problem.

Customs/Taxes/Duties/Gifts: If your customs office/government charges additional taxes you are responsible for those. We have no way to know if, when or how much that will be. Please consult your local customs office or government for more information. We cannot mark items as a gift. For insurance and customs purposes all items will be marked with the price you paid.

Feedback: Our system will automatically leave you positive feedback after you have left us positive feedback.

Email: We do our very best to answer all emails. If you email us, please do not check the "hide my email address from sender" box. Doing that makes it extremely hard and sometimes impossible to answer emails. You will probably not get an answer if you do. Fear not, we only use your email to contact you regarding your purchases. Almost every question can be answered by the auction listing or by looking at the manufacturer’s website. This will get you the information you need faster than we can answer by email. We strive to answer emails daily, except for Weekends, Holidays and Powder Days:)
