Your tootsies spread when your body weight is placed on them, so please have someone trace around your feet while you are standing up. Always use the largest foot for your measurement.
If your feet are thinner or thicker than the average width, please choose the smaller or larger size accordingly.
Depending on the shoe style, allow a little extra length in the shoes for wiggle or grow space. If you find that you are between two sizes always move up to the larger size. There is nothing you can do with shoes which are too small. On the other hand if they are a little roomy, there are countless shoe accessories and types of innersoles which will help ensure that your shoes fit you PURRRRfectly. |

My computer's monitor has been professionally colour calibrated. I use a photographic studio shooting table with white (daylight) lights. I take numerous photos of all my items and only use those with the most accurate colour representation. Keep in mind that computer monitors do vary. I describe all items as honestly as possible and any noticeable imperfections will be listed. I am human and I hate to think that I may miss something. If this happens please contact me to discuss a solution that will be a positive one for both of us. I do have a RETURN POLICY - see below - and if the error is mine the refund will include postage.

RETURN POLICY
Please email me within 2 days of receiving your item. The goods are to be returned in exactly the same condition as they were sent. This includes any tags still attached, all packaging and boxes etc..
Please try shoes very carefully on carpet with minimal walking to avoid scuffing the soles or creasing the uppers. Please be careful not to really really squish into shoes if they seem to be too small. Upon receipt of the returned goods in "AS SENT" condition I will honour your winning bid price as your preference of either a store credit or cash refund.
The winning bid price only is refundable/redeemable with all round trip postage costs to be borne by the buyer. Please note that you can return or exchange your item via Australia Post and mark it clearly & boldly as "RETURN TO SENDER" which is usually FREE. Therefore an item returned for exchange using the Return to Sender method will only incur the postage cost of your new replacement item. I will gladly refund your postage price as well if I have missed a fault in the product.
