Apply an ample layer of mineral rich Black Mud to the surface of the body. Leave for fifteen minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. For treatment of aching joints, heat the packet of Black Mud in pan of hot water or in the microwave for 2 minutes on medium setting (pierce packet before heating). Make sure the Mud is not too hot before spreading on affected area. For external use only. Not for facial treatment.
