Most orders are shipped out within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and cleared
Domestic orders are shipped FedEx Ground which takes 2 to 5 business days for delivery. You will receive an email from us (info@urbanog.com -- please add this to your address book in case it gets sorted to the junk mail folder) with your tracking number when your order is being prepared for shipment. (FedEx is proven to be the most reliable service because they have the most scans: scan during pick up, transit, and delivery, so you will know exactly where your package is during every stage. Most packages will be left at front porch or at a safe area. If your address is an apartment unit, most likely the FedEx driver will leave a notice on your door or try to contact you via phone if no one is present, and you will need to pick it up at a FedEx station, this is to ensure safety.) Please be sure to be present at the time of delivery if possible, FedEx will not honor claims for lost packages if the tracking system shows "Delivered".
All Express Mails requires a signature, if no one is present, FedEx will leave a notice or give you a call. You may also follow up with FedEx by providing them the tracking number.
For P.O. Box, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, we use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation which normally takes 2 to 7 business days, please note that the post office does not scan the package during pick up, the tracking number will only work when the package is actually delivered, therefore, please do not panic if the tracking info does not give you enough information, most likely it is still on its way.
We sometimes use Parcel Post when package weight is over limit or for places that do not offer Priority.
