 Handmade in the USA by Sexy Sadie.   Black background with red and white Laser Speedo print spandex lycra tights.  Waist size approximately 34-42 , 1 1/4" non-roll elastic waistband with drawstring-string holes reinforced. Tight seams are all double stitched and waistband is stitched at top and bottom to keep drawstring from getting wrapped around elastic.    Quality materials and stitching throughout. Just add some boots and you're ready to hit the ring!
