Shipping & Handling Policy:

• Shipping Time: Item(s) will be shipped immediately once the payment has been received and cleared. Payment made by using e-Check takes a longer time to be cleared, and the item(s) will be shipped only after the payment has been cleared by PayPal. We normally ship the item(s) within 1-2 business day(s) from the date that the auction ends. All orders made on Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following business day.
• Shipping Address: Please provide us with your correct and up-to-date mailing address during your PayPal checkout. If no address change is requested, the address stored in the buyer’s PayPal account will be used. Please ensure that the address stored in your PayPal is the correct one. Do not omit important details such as St, Ave, Blvd, Apt #, Suite #, etc as this may delay the shipping time of your item(s). We are NOT responsible for delayed shipping due to invalid or insufficient address. Address change cannot be requested after your item has been shipped out.
• Returned Package: In the case that a package was returned to the seller because of invalid or insufficient address, the buyer will be notified immediately. The package could be shipped to the corrected address for an additional S&H fee. Otherwise, the buyer is entitled for a refund excluding the S&H fee.
• Delivery Confirmation: All items will be shipped along with a Delivery Confirmation Number. It will be sent automatically to the buyer’s registered e-mail address once the item has been shipped. Please check your mailbox for this. Please remember that this Delivery Confirmation Number only serves as notice that your package has been delivered. There will be some events that it does not show the actual current location of the item.
• Delivered Package: Once the Delivery Confirmation Number shows that the item has been delivered, the seller is released from all obligations. Signature Confirmation and Insurance service is available upon request for an additional small fee. We do not profit from here, and they are provided only upon request.
• Multiple Purchases: Please wait until you have purchased all of the items, and make ONE payment for all of them to be eligible for our combined shipping discount.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

• Eligibility: Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. All items must be in their original unused condition with the packaging still intact. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in your exchange/refund request be rejected and/or be charged a substantial fee. Please do not forget to include a copy of the invoice. The buyer is responsible for all the fees involved to ship the item(s) back to the seller.
• Refund: For a refund, a store credit will be issued. The buyer is welcomed to purchase other items available at our store. The Shipping & Handling fees are NOT refundable.
• Damaged Item: In the case that the item is damaged upon receipt, please notify us immediately and exchange arrangements will be made.
• Exchanges: All other exchanges that do not involve damaged item will be subjected to an additional S&H fee.

• Unpaid Item: A payment reminder will be sent within 7 days after the date of purchase.
