For combined shipping, the total rate is calculated by taking the highest single item rate of your items and adding the add-on rate for all the other items. Items must be paid for together in a single transaction for the combined rate to apply. Shipping and Handling fees include postage, courier fees, fuel surcharges, customs brokerage costs, and labor.

Items ship within two business days of payment clearing. US orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail or Media Mail depending on the weight of the order (4-10 business days delivery). All US orders ship with Delivery Confirmation. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post (2-10 business days delivery). International orders are shipped via Air Mail (5-15 business days delivery).

Insurance-
Insurance is available to orders shipped within the USA. Insured Priority Mail delivery is $5.99 (or +$4.00 as an additional item to an order)

Orders being sent to Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland or New Brunswick pay 13% tax on their total (item total + S&H). Orders being sent elsewhere in Canada pay 5% GST on their item total. We cannot accept PST exemption or Native Status online.

Customs Charges:

You are responsible for your country's customs and taxes applied on imported items. We cover any customs charges for shipment within the USA and Canada, but no other countries. We will not mark an item as a “Gift” on the Customs Forms and the sender of the item is a company, not an individual.
