• We Process shipments within 1-2 business days of payment completion.

Returns Policy:

  • If we can not identify the package we will be forced to return to sender!
  • We accept returns for DOA (Dead On Arrival) or Not As Described items ONLY (unless otherwise mentioned in the add).
  • We DO NOT accept "change of heart" returns!
  • Purchases returned must be in the condition it arrived (ripped packaging, obvious neglect of merchandise etc.) will be returned to sender.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Important Note: We document every ESN # before shipping your phone so please DO NOT send your cousins broken phone for replacement as we will be forced to report you to eBay.
