Please email us before you return any item. Returns will NOT be accepted without an (RMA# Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Return merchandise/products must be returned in 100% condition, complete with original packaging and contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. DEFECTIVE items also must be returned with an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). DAMAGED due to shipping carrier, customer must notify carrier at time of delivery. If you accepted the package or it was left on your doorstep by UPS then make sure to contact us immediately so we can contact the carrier in order to file a damage claim. If you are returning/exchanging an item they must be in the same condition as which they were received. We will credit your account or reverse 100% of the charges on your account within 30 days from the invoice date for refund or replacement. If the package is returned after 30 days we must charge you a 15% re-stocking fee. All unauthorized returns will be refused!
