• Items are shipped in 1-3 business days.  During the month of October, we ship every mailing day.  If you need your item faster, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  
• Each auction has several options for shipping unless otherwise specified. 
  
• Upon checkout, all available shipping options will be shown.  It is up to the buyer to choose an expedited method if needed.  Whatever method you choose at checkout is how you order will be sent.  We regret that we cannot accept additional funds to upgrade shipping once payment has been made.
  
• Delivery confirmation is included on US Priority Mail and First Class shipments. 
  
• Tracking is available on all Express Mail and FedEx shipments.
  
• Insurance is included on all shipments.
  
• Items will be shipped to your confirmed Paypal address ONLY.  If you have moved and have not updated your address with Ebay/Paypal, PLEASE do so BEFORE bidding.
  
• Notice of shipping and all other email correspondence will be sent to your email on file with Ebay.  If your email address has changed or it is not one you check often, PLEASE update it with Ebay so you can receive timely correspondence.

Please choose the method that insures you will receive your item in time for any special events.  We ship quickly, but we cannot be responsible for postal delays or lateness of delivery because of slow payment, not upgrading to a faster method, etc.

Cleared payments received after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time will arrive by 3:00 p.m. on the second business day (Monday through Saturday). 

Signature is required for Express Mail packages.  If you would like a "waiver of signature," please let us know by emailing us through Ebay's messaging system.  Please be sure to include the auction # of the item.

Returns depend on the item you have purchased.

• WIGS/HATS - NO RETURNS - Due to federal health code laws.
• HOSIERY - Hosiery may be returned UNOPENED and UNWORN.  If hosiery appears to have been worn and returned to its' packaging, it will be refused for refund. 
• GLASSES/GOGGLES - May be returned with original packaging and in unworn, new condition.
• PARTY GOODS - May be returned in unopened packaging.
• BALLOONS - Packaged balloons may be returned in unopened packaging.  Flat, nonpackaged balloons are NO RETURNS.
• MASKS - NO RETURNS due to federal health code laws.  If mask comes in sealed blister packaging, they may be returned unopened.
• ACCESSORY ITEMS - This includes ears, teeth, jewelry, costume accessories, makeup or any other sealed, blister packaged item.  THESE ITEMS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN IN UNOPENED, SEALED PACKAGING.

RETURN PROCEDURE

For items that meet our return criteria above, returns must be requested within 48 hours of receipt and must be received back to us within five mailing days.  We will provide an email with authorization to include with your return.

• Returns sent to us without authorization will be refused.
• Items must be in UNOPENED packaging.  Opened items will be refused and only returned at the buyer's expense.
• Buyer must pay for return shipping.
• Original ship costs are nonrefundable.  If item was free shipping, a 10% restock fee will be assessed on returned items.
• A refund, minus original ship costs or restock fee, will be sent within five business days of receiving your return.

Insurance is included on all items.  If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.  Retain ALL packing materials as examination may be required by the insurance carrier.  A replacement item will be sent within two business days.  If we are sold out of the damaged item, a full refund, including original shipping costs, will be issued.  We may, at our discretion, request that the damaged item be returned to us in order for a refund to be issued.  If so, we will provide a pre-paid return label.
