Sales Tax

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all auction items with a delivery address in California. This applies to shipments from any of our facilities and includes items which are picked up locally at one of our facilities. The tax rate will be based on the state CA 8.25% .

Shipping and Insurance

Shipping quotes is based on the actual published rates currently charged by National Shippers. Seller reserves the right to use the identical services of UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex or USPS without prior notification or written consent. Additional charges by Federal Express (such as rural delivery charges and fuel surcharges) may be applicable depending on your location. Should you choose to decline shipping insurance you accept full responsibility for all damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.

Payment

Payment for all items is due within 10 days of the auctions ending date. We send an e-mail reminder each night with a check out link until payment is made. Non paying bidders will be left negative feedback.

Refund Policy

All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be in writing (e-mail abc7833@gmail.com). Shipping, handling and insurance are not refundable. If item in various conditions from new to damaged. In the event that an item is damaged, beyond the condition stated at auction, the customer may claim up to the amount of the winning bid, plus all shipping costs (up to the shipping amount originally charged for the item returned) and packing/handling fees related to that item up to the amount of insurance purchased on the package. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact us for an Item number and mail the item back in the same condition and in the same original packaging that it was received. Local Pick Up

Any winner located in California is welcome to pick up those products in person, provided that prior arrangements with our customer service department have been made, which may include scheduling an appointment for pickup. Each US facility may have varied requirements/restrictions for local pickup. However for some items, we still have to charge handling fee. Asking before pick it up.
