Strings are not included in warranty (if applies to auction) We must be notified of any items damaged during shipping or defective upon receipt within 3 days of receipt of your item in order for you to receive a replacement or refund. We feel 3 days is sufficient enough time to know if your item is damaged or defective. Once we are notified within 3 days, we will give you instructions on how to return the item. You will then have 30 days to return the damaged or defective item for the exchange or refund. In spite of the issue, the customers item must be returned to our facility at the buyers shipping expense via a trackable shipping method such as UPS or Fedex. All customers must contact us via email and complete the return item form we provide you. Please fill it out as completely as possible and send the form along with the returned package back to us.
