SHIPPING POLICY

Any item defective or damaged upon arrival will be repaired or replaced once proper communication is made regarding the issue. Buyer has three days to inform us via email if the item is damaged/defective upon arrival. Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer as well as insurance costs if the item is being returned for a refund minus the original cost of shipping. Package and handling fees will be refunded. Should an item be unavailable, buyer will be notified and given the option of a full refund or a similar item of equal or greater value. All sales are final and no return will be accepted unless authorized. All checks and money orders must clear before orders are shipped.

Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, there is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Payment
We accept Pay Pal, Money Order, Personal Check, or Cashier's Check. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you pay with personal check through the mail or eCheck via Pay Pal you must wait 4-7 business days until your payment clears.

Sales Tax
Customers in the State of California will pay an 8.25% sales tax on the bid or buy it now price of the auction only since our business is located in the State of California. Shipping, packaging, and handling fees will not be taxed.

Shipping
All package and handling fees will be included when viewing the shipping calculator. Please note the package and handling fee is NOT the shipping fee and shipping is based on your location. There will be no additional fee other than the one listed on the shipping calculator (please note the 8.25% sales tax on the auction for customers in the State of California). For customers that have military addresses you will need to conact us for the correct total. When looking for a total price just add the price of your bid or buy it now price with the price on the shipping calculator and you will have your grand total with all fees included.

Domestic Shipping
All items shipped within the continental United States will be shipped via UPS. If you are in the continental United States please choose UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, or UPS 2nd Day Air. If you have an address in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico please choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail as these are faster and cheaper options. If you have a PO BOX, APO, FPO, or another address that UPS does not ship to please choose USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail as these are the ways your item will be shipped. If you would like your item shipped another method such as UPS Overnight arrangements can be made by contacting us at TheGuitarDude1@hotmail.com.

Shipping to Canada

For orders going to Canada please select UPS Standard to Canada unless you have an address that UPS does not ship to such as a Box or PO Box address. For addresses that UPS does not deliver to please select USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International depending on how quickly you would like your item.

International Shipping Worldwide
We will ship to anywhere in the world. For orders outside of the United States including US Territories that do not fall under domestic shipping please choose USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. USPS Priority Mail International typically takes 6-10 Business days once the item is shipped and USPS Express Mail International typically takes 3-5 Business days once the item is shipped. If you would like the package shipped another method please send an inquiry to TheGuitarDude1@hotmail.com and sometimes expedited requests can be granted.
