After doing some research on the internet, I believe this basket bowl is from Blue Ridge Pottery. From what I could determine, it is called Red Flower, and seems to be scarce.
I believe it is a 5" veggie or soup bowl. It has an aluminum ruffled flower trimmed border glue on the top of the bowl, with an aluminum matching handle.
The bowl is not signed.
The approximate measurements of this gorgeous basket is aluminum border 1" wide. 7" in diameter x 6" tall.
This is a very nice and rare piece!
