A $1,000 deposit is required via bank wire transfer or certified funds (cashiers check) within 2 days of the auctions end. The buyer then has 3 days from the receipt of the deposit to do his/her due diligence. After the 3 days following the end of the auction, if the buyer has not completed his/her due diligence, it will be understood that the vehicle will be sold "As Is" without an inspection by the buyer. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle will be available to all other buyers on a first come, first serve basis. If no contact is made within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.

The weather year round is beautiful in South Florida. Fly down, pick up your car and stay a few days. Transportation from the airport to our location is the buyer's responsibility, but usually arrangements can be made to meet you at the airport. If you can’t make it down, it’s the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, but we are happy to help arrange shipping.
All vehicles that we auction have clean and clear titles (No Salvage title / No Reconditioned titles). We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time without any liability to the seller. Each transaction is subject to a processing fee of $300.00.
