PAYMENT

 

Australian Buyers:

 

We accept payment by PayPal, Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque, or Money Order.

 

International Buyers:

 

We accept payment by PayPal only.

 

Please take the time to use the shipping calculator provided below for postage/shipping costs to your Postcode or Country prior to purchase.

 

Payment must be received within 7 days from sale.

 

·        We will contact you within 24 hrs from close of sale with an Invoice for the Total Cost Payable including Postage/Shipping Costs.

·        If paying by Direct Deposit, please add your eBay name in the details to ensure prompt delivery. If paying by bank cheque or money order, please write your eBay name on the back.

·        If there is a problem with making payment within 7 days due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss a payment plan with you.

 

POSTAGE

 

·        We use Australia Post and we try and keep your Postage/Shipping costs to a minimum by only charging you for the cost of postage and packaging materials.

·        All items are bubble-wrapped and securely packaged using the most appropriate form of packaging to prevent avoidable damage in the post.

·        We send all International sales via Air Mail, unless specified at the time of the sale. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery upon payment. International buyers are requested to check with their country’s Customs Office prior to buying for any import restrictions or additional duties payable by the buyer on receipt of goods into their country.

·        In the event that the postage/shipping costs are not included in my listings, please contact us with your postcode or country for a quote.

·        Items will be sent within 3 business days of funds clearing. Please keep in mind that Australia Post takes between 1-6 business days for delivery within Australia. I will notify you by email when I have posted your item/s.

·        Multiple sales will be combined where possible to save you $$$ on postage costs. Purchases must fall within a 3 day period.

·        For Australian Buyers, Registered Post is optional on all items and is currently charged at $2.70 for goods valued under $100, and an additional $1.20 for each $100 value after that. For purchases above $50 value, we highly recommended that items be sent by Registered Post for your peace of mind.  Please note that items sent by Prepaid Parcel Post Satchels or Express Post are unable to be Registered in this format. Australia Post currently provides free coverage of goods sent within Australia up to the value of $50 in the event of loss through the post.

·        In the event of missing parcels, please check with Australia Post first to ensure that your parcel is not waiting for you to pick-up at your local post office, prior to contacting us with a claim of non-receipt of goods.

·        To protect us from fraudulent behaviour, we will not refund any portion of your payment, if upon investigation by Australia Post, it has been deemed that delivery has been made to your stated postal address in accordance with Australia Post's own terms and conditions for delivery and that compensation for lost goods has been refused by Australia Post on that basis. We retain all postal receipts to assist Australia Post in their investigations. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their mailbox is secure, not the seller's.

 

GIFT WRAPPING/CARDS

 

Gift wrapping and Cards are available for an additional $2.50 each. If you wish to have your item gift wrapped or have a card attached please let us know at the close of the sale.
