This fragrance is only sold in a few stores.  It is a natural spray and comes in its Hermes toile bag. Very practical to leave in your bag or for traveling (who wants to lug around the big bottles always prone to spill??)

Please note: This is not a free sample,  this bottle comes from a set.

The creator of this scent is Jean-Claude Ellena, formerly with Bulg*r*. Mr. Ellena is Hermes' in house parfumier.




  • Type: Eau de Toilette Spray Vaporisateur
Please make sure you know the difference between Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Pure Perfume as to avoid problems at the end of the auction. The Hermessence fragrances are typically light scents.


 


  • Genre: THIS IS A UNISEX SMELL (probably a little more masculine - that is just our own assessment and does not reflect the view of Hermes). Hermes markets the scent as UNISEX

  • Scent: POIVRE (pepper) SAMARCANDE (A fiery pepper softened by smooth wood. Vibrant, tender, intriguing)





  • Ingredients: Alcohol Denat; Water (Aqua), Fragrance (Parfum), Limonene, Eugenol, Butylphenyl Methylpropional, Linanool, Oak moss Extract , etc.



 

  • Additional information: Each of the Hermessence fragrances was made with a fabric in mind: Poivre Samarcande = Velvet
Here is an extract how Hermes describes the new scents: "The essence of Hermes and the soul of a fragrance. A collection of olfactory poems that very freely explore new paths for emotions"

The bottle has a slight gray hue (at the bottom) to emphasize the pepper.
