We use our own auction-management system (instead of eBay's post-sales software) to help us better manage our sales. Our system is an eBay-certified solution that offers tools that allow us to process orders much more efficiently, ship auctions more timely, and handle post-sale issues easily.
In order to use our auction-management system, customers must checkout through our website (instead of checking out through eBay). Once you have won an auction, you should be automatically re-directed to our website. If you�re not, don't worry. What are your shipping policies?Packages are typically shipped same day or next business day after receipt of payment unless you're ordering our custom scrapbooking letters as well. Shipping is typically via USPS or FedEx. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included on all orders at no extra cost. Do you combine shipping? How do I calculate combined shipping?Yes! If ordering multiple items, you will receive discounted shipping during checkout. To calculate your combined shipping, you can find rates here. See the example below for help on how to calculate combined shipping. For example, if you were to purchase two Cricut cartridges, the combined shipping cost would be $6.99. To calculate this rate, you would take the highest shipping cost among the items you are purchasing ($4.99 for one of the Cricut cartridges) and add to it the "Additional Shipping" cost for the other items you are purchasing ($2.00 for the other Cricut cartridge). What is your return policy?We do accept returns and exchanges. All products must be returned to us in new condition. There is a $10.00 restocking fee for all returns. This fee is waived for exchanges (you can choose to exchange your product for any product in our store of equal or greater value).
Shipping on returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please e-mail us before returning it. All returns and exchanges must be received by Custom Crops within 30 days of purchase.
We guarantee that your item will arrive as advertised in perfect condition. If you find any defects with your merchandise, please contact us within 30 days and we'll exchange it. In these instances, Custom Crops will cover all shipping costs.
