Beautiful Oscar de la Renta full circle skirt in navy cotton twill. Adorned with black circles. Very detailed work on the adornments is evident. Two side pockets at the seams. Pleats at the waist. Hidden side zipper and hook and eye closure. Size 4 although size tag is missing. Not lined.

This is a new skirt that has not been worn and is in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping: Packages are shipped USPS priority mail to PayPal verified address and will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Insurance is optional, though highly recommended. If you choose not to purchase insurance you are assuming responsibility for the merchandise and I will not be held liable in case of any problems.
International Shipping: International shipping is available for an additional fee. Insurance is required on international shipping as I cannot track the package otherwise. International shipments will have the value of the item listed accurately (I use the winning bid/buy it now price and do not add shipping costs into the value of the item) and it will be the responsibility of the recipient to pay any customs fees.
