All single eyeshadows are 2.50 to ship. The fee for each additional item is .50.   If you are purchasing multiple items, please request an invoice for your discount.  I do my best to ship all items sold every day; however, sometimes being very busy prevents that from occurring.  So if I do not ship your item the same day, rest assured I will ship it the next day.

All international shipments over $50.00 must be insured.  The minimum cost runs around $25.00, plus a $2.00 fee that is paid to a delivery person for his gas.  Please do not ask me to ship your item without insurance.  I will not, and it puts me in a very uncomfortable position when I have to say "No."  When I ship without insurance, the burden is completely mine.  So I would appreciate it if you would kindly respect that.  If you can't, then please do not bid on my auctions.  If I invoice you more money than what it actually cost to ship, I will refund the difference to you.  If you don't receive your refund, I did not deliberately ignore you.  It would be because I was very busy and honestly just forgot.  Please just send me a message letting me know and you will receive your refund immediately with my sincere apology.  You are dealing with an honest seller who occasionally can and does make mistakes, but I'm very fast to correct them.  Just make me aware of it.

If you purchase a 2nd compact the additional fee is about 3.00 or less, depending on the value. It is the first item that costs the most, so if you see anything else that you would like, and it is not heavy, it could help you digest the cost to ship your first item. I am not happy about these costs but paypal sides with the buyer, even when you have proof that it was shipped. I can't afford to take that risk again.

I will ship your item in the least expensive way possible, via Priority Mail or FedEx.  I have great respect for the value of a dollar, yours and mine, and I will price shop for you.  I would rather keep a few dollars in your pocket than give it to the USPS or FedEx.

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery.  The winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges.  We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

Customer service is our top priority. That comes before anything else. If you have any questions about an auction we will respond as soon as possible, unless we are sleeping::). If you ask a question 12 hours or less before an auction ends, and their are bids on it, I can't answer it. Ebay will not allow me to answer the question. So ask questions early!
