Returns based solely on buyer's remorse, and wrong address provided by buyer or paypal are not accepted. All items are listed as described so please make sure that your purchase is what you want as it cost us to pack and ship these items. If you want to return an item based on buyer's remorse then you are responsible for shipping cost both ways, or unless otherwise specified by ROCKINGPRICES, and a 25% restocking fee. If item has to be returned based on wrong address provided to us by PAYPAL/EBAY and/or BUYER then buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways and a 45% restocking fee. We will accept all other returns-subject to the discretion of ROCKINGPRICES- and must be requested within the time allotted for returns. If item was shipped for free and must be returned buyer is responsible for reimbursing us the shipping cost to send item, pay for the return of the item, and pay a restocking fee of 10%. We will not accept returns based on false claims such as item not as described unless return request is accompanied by proof.  If you receive an item that is not the same exact item listed or pictured then ROCKINGPRICES is responsible for paying the shipping cost both ways on your return, and this claim must be accompanied by proof-pictures and or a Police report/affidavit. If buyer claims item is inauthentic and can provide proof then ROCKINGPRICES is responsible for shipping cost both ways on this return and will offer buyer an extra $50- proof must be verifiable.
