Before T. Rex were the U.K. kings of glitter-era rock, they were a folk- and mythology-inspired duo with a quirky yet charming style not unlike the Incredible String Band. Before that, leader Marc Bolan was a member of the psychedelic mods John's Children. This six-disc set covers all phases of Bolan's career, drawn from jam sessions, BBC radio broadcasts, fan club releases, live and private recordings, and more! Finally, one of the discs is a DVD with very rare live footage.
