I purchased this before Bombay Kids went out of business.  It has grommets at each corner with tie tabs and has a beaded fringe.  The actual color is lavender (purple) and not fushia like some of the pictures show (I had also had a fushia one a while ago.)  It is new, but when I purchased it, it was not included in any packaging.
