Shipping, Tracking, and Carriers: Continental U.S. deliveries will be shipped by FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories will be shipped by USPS. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Tracking information is automatically emailed within 12-36 hours.

RETURN POLICY
SmartHotBuys strives to describe items accurately and ensure customer satisfaction. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item fails to materially conform to the item's description, or is defective. Buyer MUST notify us within three (3) days of item receipt. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. If the return is due to Buyer's Remorse, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will be refunded only the purchase price, minus original shipping charges and restocking fee ($3.00 per item). Refund will be made same method as item payment.
If SmartHotBuys agrees to accept the return, it must be received in its' ORIGINAL CONDITION with ALL Accessories and Manuals within 14 days of approval, or the return will not be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed and your account credited.
