Leaving Feedback:

We leave feedback for the people who leave feedback for us.  We will also give you the same rating as you give us, therefore, if there is any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us.  We do reserve the right to leave honest feedback even if no feedback or positive feedback is left for us if there were any issues during the transaction.

Payment:

We accept payment using PayPal, check, and money order.  No item shall be shipped until payment has cleared. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction end.

Shipping:

We Ship Worldwide

All items will be shipped Parcel Post or first class unless an upgrade is paid for by the buyer.  Insurance is required for any international shipping where the item and shipping together equal $25 or more.

All packages will be shipped within 5 business days of payment received, unless other arrangements have been communicated to the buyer and seller.  This does NOT include Saturday and Sunday.  If you need an item quicker, just let us know and we will ship the item sooner.

Exchange Policy:

If item is exchanged, buyer pays all return shipping costs, and all shipping costs of new item.

All returns will be credited towards another item and not cash back and should be complete within 10 days of auction end.

Insurance: 

To protect all parties involved: Chimpy Jo's T-Shirts and the buyer, Insurance is required on all items sold $30.00 and over.  This $30 includes item costs plus shipping costs.  Example:  Item sells for $25 and shipping cost is $5=total cost is $30.  The cost is $1.68 to insure up to $100 and then $0.70 per $100 over.
