An online review:

The main character is a cute primitive man and his only weapon is his big-bald head. He can either hit his opponents with a simple head-kick or jump in the air and fall head first. This last technique is more powerful and enemies usually do not survive it long. It is also the preferred attack against the different bosses hidden at the end of each zone (who always end up turning into nice guys though). Our caveman can also use his teeth, not to bite enemies though, but rather to climb trees and ledges. The game counts several prehistoric stages from grasslands, jungle, underwater and even a journey inside a giant dinosaur, without forgetting tons of hidden levels and bonus stages. The player can jump over strange plants to find hidden bonuses, collect yellow smiley coins for points (which will be credited at the end of the stage) and fruits or hearts to gain energy. Pieces of raw meat can also be collected and have a strong effect on our bald primitive man - they get him to turn into an angry wrath. If he eats more meat, he then becomes invincible for a short amount of time and will destroy everything on his path.
