Payment

• We accept PayPal, personal checks and Money Order.
• Personal checks are held for 10 days until payment clears.
• All PayPal accounts must be verified. We only ship to your verified PayPal shipping address.
• Your shipping address must match the verified shipping address for your Paypal account
• International buyer's: If you do not have a verified PayPal account you must remit payment by U.S. Money Order within 10 days of auction close.
• If you would like to combine multiple purchases please checkout once you have finished buying all of your itmes.

Shipping

• The Shipping and Handling amount is indicated on each auction.
• Please allow 2 business days for processing of your shipment.
• Insurance is optional and provided through USPS or UPS.
• We are not responsible for returned packages with incorrect or non deliverable addresses.
• Transit times vary depending on your shipping selection. Please refer to the estimated delivery time in the ad or review the specified shipping providers webpage for details.

Returns

• You have 14 days to return your product for an exchange if avaliable.
• All return shipments must be prepaid.
• Please contact us to request the proper return verification, any return without proper return authorization number will be refused.
• If there is a problem with your product we will gladly exchange the product (if avaliable) or refund your payment.
• Any refund given due to buyer error is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• No refunds will be given for shipping cost.

Tax

• All NC residents must pay 6.75% sales tax on products purchased.
