Items will be delivered between 1-6 business days within Australia and 3-10 business days internationally. For Express Postage items will be delivered the next business day.  If you haven't received your item by 10 working days, please contact me.

If a product is unsuitable, please return it to me with postage paid, within 14 days of receipt and I will exchange the item(s). Sorry No refunds available.

All products must be returned as new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. I reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

In the rare instance that a product is faulty, I will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling. Please e-mail for instructions before returning any goods.
